In Interstate '76: Nitro Pack frame rates higher than 30 FPS (24 FPS in some cases actually) cause stuttering, physics and enemy AI problems.

Simply download and extract the files into your Nitro directory and replace ALL files when prompted...

This mod works only with retail version. If you’re using GOG version of the game then you need alternative mod called i76 25FPS Fix.
