Install instructions:

Go to the game folder properties and uncheck the only readable option , (make sure u have all user privilegies in that folder , can change it in security window)

Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable

Download and install Windows x64 (!) version of Java Runtime Environment from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre8-downloads-2133155.html

Launch resorep.jar

Hook the aplicaion re2.exe , choose 64 bit

Close resorep

Put the modded in Documents/Resorep

Launch the game in 1080p and textures set in high to load all mods (recomended)
