Build All, Upgrade All is a mod for Crusader Kings II, created by tthverst.
Description:
Allows you to build hospitals, forts, and trade posts in your entire realm. And fully upgrade all types of holdings, hospitals, forts, and trade posts in your entire realm. Also adds a new Fort building that adds 999.998 fort level, which should give you 1.000.000 fort level in all forts.
Just right click on your character's portrait and choose the respective decisions.
The restrictions on where you can build a trade post have not been removed.
Example: When you choose the decision "Build All Hospitals", it will build hospitals in all counties you, directly or indirectly, control.

To install:
Extract to „My Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mods” and activate in game’s menu.
