Cyberpunk 2077 Can be Completed in Just 20 Hours

First reviews of Cyberpunk 2077 appeared on the web, revealing a lot of new details. One of the most important things for the players, apart quality, was the game's length. How much shorter is Cyberpunk 2077 than The Witcher 3?

Even before the release, representatives of the Polish studio CD Projekt RED revealed that the main storyline in Cyberpunk 2077 will be shorter than that of The Witcher 3. As we had the pleasure to play the RPG for review, we know how quick the game can be completed. Our editor managed to finish Cyberpunk 2077 in a surprising 30 hours, not focusing only on the main storyline. According to him - after analyzing what he managed to complete from the side content - the end credits canstart rolling after about 20 hours, which is somewhat disappointing. Especially after one of the developers aroused expectations about the length of Cyberpunk 2077.

Despite a relatively short main storyline, Cyberpunk 2077 still has a lot to offer.

According to statistics, many players didn't finish The Witcher 3, whose main thread was simply too long for a lot of people. CD Projekt RED decided to draw some conclusions from the fact and offered a shorter story in Cyberpunk 2077, although no one expected it to stand out so clearly from that of The Witcher 3 (at least compared to data from How Long To Beat). Nevertheless, the game doesn't encourage to move quickly, because if we decide to do so, we'll lose the chance to see more than one ending. Side quests associated with key characters are an essential part of this RPG, as theur completion unlocks new options, having a greater or lesser impact on the finale in Cyberpunk 2077. It should also be noted that a relatively short main storyline does not mean that the game lacks content, but you will learn more about it from our review.

The release of Cyberpunk 2077 will take place on December 10, this year (here you will find the global release schedule). The target hardware platforms are PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but the title will also work on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S thanks to backwards compatibility.
