Star Wars: Outlaws continues to uncover more and more secrets. A few days ago we found out that the game will be missing the iconic "Ubisoft towers," and earlier we learned about the impressions from the demo version.

Now, thanks to the ESRB organization, which is responsible for assigning age ratings to games, another piece of information has come to light. The game was rated T, which means it can be played by people in their teens, and the summary revealed that it features a gambling mini-game called Sabacc.

What is Sabacc?

Those familiar with Star Wars may recognize this card game, as it is the most popular game of its kind in the universe. It was thanks to it, among other things, that Han Solo came into possession of the famous Millennium Falcon.

The rules of the game can be compared to blackjack - the player must collect cards that add up to 23 or -23 points, and exceeding this value means failure. However, there are many variants, differing in rules.

We first heard about the game 41 years ago thanks to the book Lando Calrissian and the Mindharp of Sharu. Over time, this game became an iconic element of the galactic underworld. No video game has ever tried to adapt it, despite its popularity in the Star Wars universe and the various physical forms sold by Disney. Pazaak from Knights of the Old Republic was the closest in form, being another game similar to blackjack with deck-building elements.

Therefore, it appears that Star Wars: Outlaws will be the first chance for some fans to experience Sabacc. Just a reminder, the game is set to be released on August 30th for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
