A sandbox platform game by indie studio Re-Logic, sometimes called the 2D version of the popular Minecraft. There is no set goal; your task is basically to shape the randomly-generated world around you. At first you only have a few basic tools, which allow you to dig and find resources, chop wood, and create simple structures. As the game progresses, due to the extensive crafting system, you discover better tools, allowing you to create advanced materials and to fight monsters.

RPG canceled

A science-fiction roguelike RPG with tower defense elements, developed by the independent studio Amplitude. The players take on the role of prisoners sent to the planet of Auriga to atone for their crimes. The ship ends up crashing, with the survivors ending up in an ancient underground complex they must escape.

Child of Light is a 2D RPG that combines the elements of modern platformers and Japanese role-playing games. It was developed by Ubisoft Montreal, a subsidiary of Ubisoft which also collaborated in the development of Far Cry and Assassin Creed games. Child of Light tells the story of Aurora, a young girl who has to save the kingdom of Lemuria. When playing, we influence Aurora's development and witness her rough journey to adulthood.

An expanded version of a popular indie game that has been released in 2011 by Team Meat studio. Nicalis studio, a bit more experienced team, has been involved in refreshing of the title, in cooperation with original developers. When it comes to mechanics, the gameplay hasn’t changed much, offering randomly-generated levels, traversed by the titular Isaac, who solves simple puzzles and eliminates monsters or much more powerful bosses.

Chronicles of Teddy: Harmony of Exidus (also known as Finding Teddy 2) sees us assume control of a new protagonist – a girl named Tarant, whose hobby leads to an unexpected event that allows her to enter the world of video games. Armed with a small sword and a shield, the heroine embarks on a dangerous journey supported by her favorite teddy bear.

The action of the game takes place in an alternative, dystopian universe of the 1950s, where one of the most influential institutions is a powerful corporation that produces robots that serve people. We play as the older of two siblings, who, trying to save his injured brother, finds himself in a mysterious place hiding dark secrets of the corporation.

The player directs the actions of Born of nothingness, who, trying to escape the curse of emptiness, traverses the fantastic world of Nihilumbra. The game is based on logical puzzles related to the use of the laws of physics.

Two-dimensional platformer developed by the team at Way Forward Technologies. The game is another entry in a series that originally launched in 2002 on Game Boy Color. The story of Shantae: Half-Genie Hero takes place in fairy tale-like land, inspired by the One Thousand and One Nights. A half-genie, half-human heroine takes off to a different dimension to fight against a recklessly freed ancient evil.

Boogerman 20th Anniversary is a remake of a platformer created by Interplay in 1994. The reedition refreshed the two-dimensional graphic design, preserving the plot and the general model of the game from the original. Again we play the role of the title character Boogerman, who has to travel through six worlds in an unclean alternative dimension and defeat the evil Booger Meister.

The hero has to face powerful enemies lurking in the underworld. The production resembles such hits as Castlevania. However, its characteristic feature is a huge portion of good humour. Interestingly, Unepic is available in the Polish language version.

An original 2D platformer with adventure elements, developed by Gory Detail, an independent studio established by Christopher Seavor, formerly an employee of Rare. The main protagonist is a forgotten and somewhat broken toy resembling a dog that has a wheel instead of paws. The player’s task is to take care of it, which is done in a rather unusual way because we do not have direct control over the toy, but we can influence its behavior by manipulating the environment.
